If you are deciding whether to book, gather imaging, or plan around a busy week, these are the questions patients ask most often.
Insurance participation can vary by location and by the hospital or surgery center involved. The fastest path is to call 708-492-5970 before your appointment so the office can confirm your current plan and referral requirements.
Bring MRI or CT images if you already have them, the written reports, a list of medications, prior treatment notes if they are easy to access, and a short timeline of your symptoms. If you do not have imaging yet, the office can help determine what is actually needed.
Yes. Second opinions are welcome, especially when you have already been told you may need surgery and want a clearer explanation of the diagnosis, timing, and alternatives.
Virtual visits are available for select follow-ups, imaging reviews, and some second-opinion conversations, particularly for patients outside the Chicago area. Whether a visit can stay virtual depends on the symptoms, imaging, and whether a hands-on exam is still needed.
Parking varies by office. Chicago uses hospital and campus garages, while the suburban offices generally offer simpler surface-lot or attached-building parking. Each location page includes more specific arrival notes and a map.
Visits can be conducted in English, Farsi, and conversational Spanish.
A few specifics help me point you in the right direction: what's hurting, for how long, and anything you've already tried. All inquiries are confidential.
